LIILAMAYA HAS BEEN A DEVOTED PRACTITIONER AND TEACHER OF YOGA AND AYURVEDA FOR OVER TWO DECADES. IN A WORLD WHERE THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE OF YOGA AND FITNESS, LILIANA IS DEVOTED TO INTEGRATING THE TRADITIONAL ROOTS OF THE ANCIENT HEALING ARTS OF AYURVEDA IN ACCESSIBLE WAYS FOR MODERN PRACTITIONERS TO EMBODY PRACTICES OF LONGEVITY AND BALANCE IN BODY-MIND-SPIRIT.

What is your name and what you are doing/ practicing nowadays?

My name is Liilamaya

I am an Ayurveda & Yoga therapist , teacher and trainer / facilitator / educator πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I am doing a bit of all of the above focusing nowadays on our yoga trainings and developing online content

Where are you based at the moment?

IBIZA

How comes you do what you do at the moment?

Because since I was very young, I was drawn and aligned with a healthy mind set and athletic lifestyle. I feel lucky that my parents were active and encouraged us to play sports and eat healthy so for me was literally just part of me and my make up from inception.

Who do you consider to be your teachers?

Those who have managed to plant the right seeds in my mind, to teach me what he inspired me to be the best I can be.

What is the greatest challenge in your life?

Becoming a Mother and shifting my life completely

Name the most memorable transformation of a client?

After MARMAΒ  THERAPY TRAINING

My client was able to finally, after many challenging years of trying in many ways, heal her deep wounds of loss of her son and twin sister.

Was the most profound experience still to this day after practicing for 2 decades!!

Name a recent synchronicity in your life?

Good question

In Portugal, we stopped to look for an old school map, and it turns out they are not made anymore and two guys in motorbikes gave us theirs as they were finished w them!!

One place to visit before you die.

Tibet

One goal to reach if anything was possible.

For the human body to be upgraded so we don’t break down when we get old!!

What does your personal practice look like?

Gentle, soft, only what is necessary at the time, always breath work, push ups and a head stand.

If you could sum up your philosophy in one slogan, what would that be?

Nurture your Nature ( I use it)

What is your personal mantra?

Slow down

Which podcast do you listen to nowadays?

Ayurveda, mushrooms πŸ„, 5D & 7D stuff, mind consciousness stuff.
