With extensive knowledge in both Pilates and Yoga, you can experience the best of two practices.

    Relaxing classes differ compare to energising classes with pace, asanas or exercises choose etc.
    However all classes I deliver leave one with true sense of connectedness to once own body and mind.

I am  a former model turned into a fitness professional. I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher based in Ibiza.

I have travelled across the globe leaving my motherland a while ago. Meanwhile I lived in Japan, Italy, France and UK until I have found my favourite spot on the Earth (for now at leats) Ibiza, Spain.

I have attended a lot of Yoga and Pilates courses and retreats with best teachers of their profession that includes: David Swenson, Danny Paradise, Kino McGregor.

I teach Pilates since 2015 and Yoga since 2016, Reformer Pilates 2018
