In lessons, we address all things technical:
– how to sing healthfully with proper technique for any style
-how to sing and approach high notes
-how to maneuver the breaks
-how to support
-how to find resonance
-how to take care of your voice
-how to project and connect to your body.
And how to navigate any emotions that have a tendency to come up when you start to tap into your true voice
– shame, fear, rejection, learning how to be more confident and work through insecurities, etc.
I’ve been teaching and coaching for the last 20 years. I started my career as an opera singer, performing internationally and receiving favorable reviews from the New York Times and Opera News Magazine. Furthermore, I’m a singer and a songwriter. I’m extremely passionate about healing! I have three degrees in Vocal Performance/ Technique.
