SEED SPACE x Kim Gerlach warmly invite you to an intimate evening, gathering in sacred womxnhood and connecting to the heart space.

Our workshop, An Ode to Love, offers a journey through the senses. A moment of quiet introspection, witnessing, listening and becoming.

Through a range of somatic exercises – we will collectively open our heart chakras and connect with our intuition.

You can expect:

• The hosts and facilitators doing their best to hold a safer* space

• A warm environment where you can show up just the way you are. No need to impress or change your mood.

• A guided meditation

• A 90 min breathwork experience, including the method PSYCHEDELIC BREATH

• Time to journal and reflect

• Sharing circles without the pressure to actually share
