Your Personalized Retreat Experience: Do you want to connect more with your natural femininity and divine femininity? To get to know yourself on a deeper level and to fully engage with yourself? Free from expectations, requirements or a value system. A week in which you can only take care of yourself, your soul, your body and mind. You can just stop without having to perform, without accomplishing anything.
Our very successful and popular retreat is taking place for the fifth time this time. We live in a beautiful historic farmhouse, in the middle of nature and not far from the beach. We’ll have a good time for a week, with a daily offering of 5 element Yin and Yang yoga, meditation, various workshops on femininity, healing, mindfulness, manifestation and nutritional supplements. Take advantage of the daily opportunities to visit the beach, take walks in nature and in the nearby bird sanctuary or go to the in-house steam and Finnish sauna and come to yourself completely.
Meals: It is important to us to provide you with the best possible care on your journey to yourself and to pamper you with culinary delights. Michi will use his cooking skills to ensure that he only provides you with the best of 100% freshly prepared and holistic meals. All drinks and freshly processed foods are vegan, sugar-free and largely organic. We indulge ourselves with delicious and healthy delicacies. He will be happy to answer any questions, tips and tricks you may have. You are welcome to give him a hand with karma yoga on a day of your choice and look over his shoulders.
Accommodation and Prices: The program costs 650 euros per participant. In addition, there are the costs for food and accommodation. There are 3 different room categories: Sleeping Chambers, Attic Rooms and Luxury Rooms. Single and double rooms are available in each category. Each room has a different price. About the instructor: I am a holistic healer and medium. I work with massage, energy healing, quantum healing and I am a yoga teacher,- yoga therapist and guided meditation and spiritual life consultant and coach.
I communicate with my international clientele in German, English, and Spanish. On my personal journey to find myself and looking for a creative output for my early recognized spirituality, I found my passion and mission in spiritual body and energy work.
During my training to become a wellness and relaxation therapist between 2008 and 2010, I learned different tools and techniques which I use today for my intuitive and individually customized work.

How does it work?
We work at a profound energy level in your energy fields. Through the ability of clairvoyance will we go into each field and channel information for you and release blockages. You could say it’s a mix of past life regression, coaching, family constellation and intuitive energy work. Just that it’s done on a quantum level and therefore more effective.A session takes between 60 and 90 minutes. The minimum charge for each appointment is an hour. Every additional minute after this hour, will be charged by the exact minute.
1:1 sessions can be done in person or online.

I have a fondness to work especially in the pre- and postnatal field. May it be through yoga or massage and energy treatments; the support and guidance in this sensitive and unique time for a mother-to-be is a deeply meaningful topic for her.
I am also well known for her strong deep tissue massages which are a perfect mix of strength, energy, and compassion; they can catapult the most tense client into another dimension. My style creates a unique synergy and is the result of a combination of different techniques.
Mareen is a power pack- so it comes to no surprise that I also had a calling for energy work. Apart from my healing hands and my ability to channel energy in sessions, I started working with quantum healing in 2018, in order to be able to help people in a quick and very efficient way, Through this methods I can combine my mediumship and the quantum healing techniques perfectly for the individual needs of my clients.
What makes me so special is that I live what I teach and so it is no surprise that my areas of work flow into each other. May it be that I give you a nutrition advice on the side or shows you a stretching exercise after a massage, the well-being of my clients comes before anything.
Since 2005, I have practiced Hatha, Kundalini and Bikram Yoga regularly. My love for yoga and the continuous curiousness to expand my knowledge led me to pursue a yoga teacher training in 2016. For me, yoga means to return to your natural state of being. To focus on the essential, to discern yourself in all your facets, and just be. To take your time for the most elemental things in life like breathing and feeling. To work on yourself, and recognize your boundaries yet not lose track and go astray. To develop step by step in your own pace and internalize through yoga the qualities of discipline, patience, acceptance, love and joy and integrate exactly all of these traits into your daily life.
Practicing yoga regularly changes your life. Not only in the physical realm but on all levels of consciousness. This is the reason why yoga is not only a physical work out. The big change takes place if you follow the 5 points of Swami Vishnu Devananda:

- proper nutrition
- proper relaxation
- positive thinking and meditation
- proper physical practice
This philosophy is integrated in all realms of my work.
