15 years have passed during which I have put together a kaleidoscope of experiences and tools through trainings in Kundalini and Jivamukti Yoga, Tao Tantra, Breathwork, Naad Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sat Nam Rasayan, ISTA Tantra Teacher, Red Tantra, Vipassana and Transedental Meditation.
With these tools I work with the body, mind and nervous system to create a balance in the Self and thereby a new holistic feeling of yourself.
